Peer Learning Forum: Sexual Harassment
Please note that this is event is only open to wellbeing partners. This peer learning forum will likely be of particular interest to corporate-social responsibility, diversity & inclusion and human resource practitioners.

Sexual harassment represents a high cost for both victims and business but many employers seem unable to address it. Indeed, 96% of organisations have bullying and harassment policies in place but four in five women do not report it to their employer. This shows that having policies in place is simply not good enough, a more supportive workplace culture is also needed. Our own research showed that 52% of women had experienced sexual harassment.

The peer learning forum will bring together BITC Wellbeing Partners to share and discuss:

● What sexual harassment is and why it remains so prevalent
● What employers can do to tackle it and create an inclusive culture
● Best practice examples and recommendations.

Participants will also have group discussions under Chatham House rules.
